Join us for an unforgettable two-hour guided expedition to the summit of Mount Hollywood, where you'll be treated to stunning 360º vistas of the Los Angeles basin, the picturesque San Fernando and San Gabriel Valleys, and breathtaking views of the boundless ocean and majestic mountains. Don't miss this opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of Southern California's landscape.

  • Age: 8+. All minors need to be accompanied by an adult.
  • Weight: 240 lb. weight limit is strictly enforced.
  • Health limitations: 
    • Pregnant women
    • People with mobility impairments
    • People with recent surgeries
      What to expect on the day of the experience?
  • Duration: 2 hours.
  • What’s included: 
    • Experienced tour guide
    • Guided tour
    • Horse and helmet for each rider
  • Who will be present: You will have a guide as well as other participants. This is not a private tour.
  • Photo/ video: You can take a phone or small camera with you on the trail.
  • Specific rules to follow: Your guide will give you rules the day of the experience.
    How to prepare?
  • Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive about 20 minutes in advance.
  • Parking: There is a gate and call box at the top of Beachwood Drive. Designated customer parking for the ranch is on the righthand side after you pass through the gate. There is no customer parking available beyond this dirt lot. Walk up the hill with the yellow fire hydrant. The ranch office is on the right.
  • What to wear: Clothing that won’t chafe (pants), sneakers or boots.
  • What to bring:
    • Bags are not allowed. 
      Anything else I should know before going on this experience? 
    • The trails are wide, but the horses walk near the edge instinctively to keep an eye on their surroundings. This tour is not recommended if you have a severe fear of heights
    •  The horses walk at a relaxed pace and in a line. You will have one or more guides with you out on the trail
    • No prior horseback riding experience is needed

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
