Join an enthralling 2-hour Segway tour through the heart of Downtown Pittsburgh, where history and modernity blend seamlessly. Glide through five miles of the city’s stunning architecture, lush parks, and vibrant plazas while listening to fascinating stories of Pittsburgh’s rich history through your personal receiver and earpiece. This tour will take you past numerous fountains and waterfalls, over several of Pittsburgh's bridges, and to the iconic Point State Park, where you can witness the spectacular confluence of the city's three rivers. Participants will be equipped with top-of-the-line Fox Racing helmets for safety, ensuring a smooth and secure experience as you explore the unique beauty and heritage of Pittsburgh.

Any restrictions to participate?

  • Age: 12+
  • Weight: Minimum weight 100 lbs, maximum 275 lbs.
  • Health limitations: Must be able to climb steps without a handrail.
  • Physical limitations: Must be able to stand for the duration of the tour.
  • Experience level: No prior Segway experience required, but must complete provided training successfully.

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: All participants, including children 12 and up, must have a ticket.
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: Approximately 2 hours of Segway touring.
  • What’s included: Guided tour, Segway rental, helmet, training session, photo opportunities.
  • Who will be present: Trained guides will accompany and lead the tour.
  • Photo/video: Stops for photos are included; participants should bring their own cameras or phones.
  • Specific rules to follow: Flat-soled shoes required; no high heels or flip-flops.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: Tours are weather dependent, and decisions on cancellations due to weather will be made 1 hour prior to the tour.
  • Arrival: Arrive 15 minutes early to ensure timely check-in.
  • Parking: Available at Station Square.
  • What to wear: Appropriate clothing for weather and flat-soled shoes.
  • What to bring:
    • Water bottle (recommended).
    • Sunscreen and sunglasses if necessary.
  • Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Use restroom facilities before the tour (recommended at Hardrock Cafe).

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
