To top it off, this eco-conscious tour gives back by donating 1% of all tour costs to the Everglades Foundation, making it an impactful gift for nature lovers and eco-enthusiasts alike. Please note: limited to six guests due to Coast Guard regulations.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: Approximately 3 hours
  • What’s included: US Coast Guard Captain, HD photos uploaded after the tour, 6-person custom tour boat
  • Who will be present: You will have a US Coast Guard Licensed Captain and Florida Naturalist guide with you; groups are limited to a maximum of 6 participants
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed; all participants must have a reservation
  • Photo/video: You may take your own photos, and HD photos will be provided after the tour

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running
  • Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete waivers and use the restroom; late arrivals may not be accommodated
  • Parking: Free parking is available near the tennis courts; please avoid pay parking near the Ships Store
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing suited for water activities, hats, polarized sunglasses, and a light jacket for colder days
  • What to bring:
    • Water
    • Camera or phone for photos
    • Gratuity for guides (20% recommended but not required)
  • Restrooms/lockers/changing rooms: Restrooms are available in the hotel lobby

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
