  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: Approximately 6 hours. Tour may go slightly longer based on participant engagement throughout the tour.
  • What’s included: Transportation to and from the pick-up location, guided tour, and interactive exhibits.
  • Who will be present: A guide will accompany participants throughout the tour; other guests may be joining, with a smaller group size for a more personalized experience.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
  • Photo/video: Photos are encouraged, and participants may take their own photos. Professional photography may also be available for purchase.
  • Specific rules to follow: Smoking is not allowed, and adherence to the guide's instructions is required.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive at the pick-up location 5 minutes in advance.
  • Parking: Parking is not available at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center; all guests must join the tour from the provided pick-up location.
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing is recommended; shirts and shoes are required at the USS Arizona Memorial; swimsuits are not permitted. High heels, dresses, and skirts are not recommended.
  • What to bring:
    • Sunscreen, sunglasses, camera
    • Allowed: wallet and camera only (bags, purses, backpacks, and strollers are not allowed).
    • Not allowed: bags and purses due to security measures.
  • Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: No changing rooms are available; bathroom breaks will be accommodated.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

  • The Navy may suspend boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial at any time, which is beyond control; in such cases, no refunds will be issued. Guests can still enjoy the USS Arizona film, exhibits, visitor center, and park monuments.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
