Practical information

Any restrictions to participate?

Age: The Adventure Park is suitable for ages 18 and up!
Weight limitations: The maximum weight capacity to make the most out of our adventure park activities is 300 lbs. By exceeding this limit individuals will not be able to enjoy the entire park.
Height limitations: The minimum height limit for the Sky Trail (Ropes Course) and Sky Rail (Zip Line) however, is 48 inches for safety reasons.
Physical limitations: Participants should be active enough to move and climb throughout this experience.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: This experience is for up to 3 hours.
What’s included: Admission to the Urban Adventure Park.
Who will be present: You and group as well as any other groups that are visiting at that time.
Specific rules to follow: Please be respectful of those around you. Additional rules will be given upon arrival.

How to prepare?

Weather: This experience is indoors and not effected by weather.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 30 minutes in advance.
Parking: Only street parking available.
What to wear: Please wear sensible shoes to protect your feet. We ask that you wear close toed shoes or sneakers.
What to bring:
- Phone/Camera
- Normal-size backpacks and bags are permitted. However, large bags and luggage are not permitted.
- No outside food or drink permitted but there are options available for purchase on the site.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms and lockers are available.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

Skates: We offer skate rental for a small fee of $5 dollars. You can also bring your own skates if you would prefer, for no additional cost!

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
