  • Age: All age groups are welcome.
  • Health limitations: Not for pregnant women, individuals with blood clotting diseases, recent surgical procedures, ongoing radiotherapy, or specific medical conditions such as fractures, non-healing wounds, and osteoporosis. Consultation with a physician is advised for those with skin, ligament, or tissue-related medical complications.

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: The massage session is 60 or 90 minutes depending on which is selected at time of purchase.
  • What’s included: Professional, couples thai massage therapy, and post-massage advice.
  • Who will be present: You will have a professional masseur with you at all times.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
  • Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.
  • Specific rules to follow: Follow the masseur’s instructions for optimal experience and safety.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
  • Parking: Parking is available on-site.
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing that can be easily removed.
  • What to bring: Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
    • What’s allowed: Phones and electronics (to be kept silent during the session).
    • What’s not allowed: Food, drinks, and alcohol.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

  • Post-massage soreness can be alleviated by applying ice or taking a hot bath.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
