After purchase, you can request your preferred dates and times by following the instructions in the email you receive. If it's a gift, the recipient will also get an email with booking instructions.

Upon arrival, each artist is equipped with their protective clothing to keep those clothes looking sharp (minus the splashes of creativity), and a selection of four colors with 50 ml of paint each to kickstart the masterpiece. Under the guidance of experienced art instructors, dive into an art session where the only limit is the room's four walls (and maybe the end of your paint supply). It's an immersive experience designed to let you express yourself in the most vibrant ways imaginable. While the standard experience is a free-for-all of color and imagination, adding a varnish finish to your work is an optional extra, for those who like their chaos with a little gloss. What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 30 minutes

Who will be present: You will have an instructor with you at all times as well as your private group of up to 10 total participants.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
Arrival: Please 10 minutes before your scheduled art experience to receive protective clothing accessories. Late arrivals may miss the class, so please be on time.
What to wear: Wear paint-friendly attire for your comfort. (Paint is not washable from fabrics.)
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms available on site.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 24 hours before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance means losing the value of your experience.
