There’s nothing quite like the taste of fresh, homemade pasta—and the satisfaction of creating it yourself. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and shape it into rustic fettuccine using a pasta machine and hand-cutting techniques. Under the guidance of a professional chef, you’ll also prepare a rich, creamy Alfredo sauce to pair with your freshly made noodles. Whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned home cook, the class is designed to be fun, welcoming, and informative. You’ll work in small groups of 2–5 and be seated with your booking party. All ingredients and equipment are provided, and drinks will be available for purchase from the venue (no outside beverages allowed). Come ready to cook, learn, and enjoy the fruits of your labor!

What to expect on the day of the experience?

• Duration: This class is approximately 2 hours long. 
• What’s included: All instruction, equipment and ingredients needed.
• Who will be present: You will have a teacher with you at all times; also, other guests may be joining (from 8 to 20 people). You will work with other students in groups of 2
• Spectators: Everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
• Photo/ video: Photography is allowed and encouraged.

• Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
• Parking: You can park at the experience location.
• What to wear: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. Please dress in clothing you won't mind getting dirty.
• What to bring: No outside drinks are allowed, venue will have drinks available for purchase.
• Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There are restrooms at the experience location.

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 14 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly.
