Looking for a unique way to let off some steam? The Carmichael Rage Room Experience is just what you need. This 20-minute session is designed to safely release stress and have a blast smashing various items. Equipped with safety gear, you'll get to demolish plates, bottles, small electronics, VHS tapes, and more, all while your favorite tunes play through a Bluetooth speaker. It's the perfect mix of cathartic and fun—an unforgettable way to blow off some steam!

Practical information

Any restrictions to participate?

  • Age: Ages 12+ to participate.
  • Health limitations: Not suitable for pregnant women.
  • Experience level: All levels are welcome.

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: All participants must pay to participate, children included.
  • Pets: No pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 20 minutes.
  • What’s included: Plates, bottles, small electronics, VHS tapes, Bluetooth speaker, and safety gear.
  • Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times; up to 10 participants may be present.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed; everyone must have a ticket/reservation.
  • Photo/ video: Photos and videos are encouraged; personal devices allowed.
  • Specific rules to follow: Must sign a waiver before participation.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 10 minutes in advance.
  • What to wear: Pants, tennis shoes or boots, and shirts are required. All protective equipment is provided (while supplies last).
  • What to bring: New toys or clothes for the donation box supporting the Ticket to Dream Foundation™.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

  • All participants will receive a $25 gift card (1 per household).
  • Participants wearing "Smash Loves Sacramento" shirts on the day of their appointment during 2024 will receive a free add-on. Limit one per customer per visit.
  • $20 of each shirt sold goes to the Ticket to Dream Foundation to support foster kids in the Sacramento area.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds or rescheduling are allowed once the experience is booked.
