  • Age: 18+ to participate and 21+ to consume alcohol.

Who can you accommodate for?

  • Children: This experience is not suitable for children.
  • Pets: This experience is not suitable for pets.
  • Dietary restrictions: The chef can adapt to the following dietary restrictions: Vegetarian friendly, Dairy free, Egg free, Vegan friendly, and Nut free. Please make note of any dietary restrictions at the time of booking.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: This class is approximately 2 hours long.
  • What’s included: All instruction, equipment and ingredients.
  • Who will be present: You will have a teacher with you at all times as well as other participants (from 8 to 26 people). 
  • Spectators: Everyone must have a reservation.
  • Photo/ video: Photography is allowed and encouraged.

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: This is an indoor experience.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance.
  • Parking: You can park at the experience location.
  • What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. Please dress in clothing you won't mind getting dirty.
  • What to bring: Guests 21 and older are invited to BYOB (beer, wine, or champagne). You must also bring a government issued ID to show that you are at least 21 years old.
  • Restrooms: There are restrooms at the experience location.

What should I expect on the day of the class?

Arrive a few minutes early to check in with the chef instructor using the ticket holder’s name. No need to bring a printed confirmation. The class will typically start with an introduction and a brief overview of the recipes you'll be preparing. Ingredients and cooking stations will be provided, and the chef will guide you through each step. After cooking, you'll enjoy the delicious meal you've created.

Why do classes work together in groups?

Cooking classes are designed to be a social and interactive experience. Working in groups encourages collaboration, allows for sharing of tips and techniques, and enhances the fun of the learning process. It's also a great way to meet new people who share your interests.

Is the class BYOB?

Why can classes get canceled if the minimum number of people is not reached?

Classes require a minimum number of participants to ensure a high-quality experience. If the minimum is not met, the class may be canceled. In such cases, you will be notified in advance and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

How will I be notified if a class is canceled?

If a class is canceled due to not meeting the minimum number of participants, we will notify you via email as soon as possible. You will be given the option to reschedule to another date or receive a full refund.

Can I reschedule if my class is canceled?

Yes, if your class is canceled, you can choose to reschedule to a different date. Our customer support team will assist you in finding a suitable alternative. If rescheduling is not convenient, you can opt for a full refund.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly.
