Age: 15+
Health Limitations: Not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with back or neck issues due to ocean conditions.
Experience Level: Suitable for both beginners and intermediates; familiarity with snorkeling and good physical shape is recommended.

Who can you accommodate?

Children: All participants, including children, must pay to participate.
Dietary Restrictions: We provide beverages and healthy snacks. Guests are welcome to bring additional food; please inform the experience provider of any allergies in advance.
Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed on this expedition.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 6 hours; timing may vary slightly based on ocean conditions and participant engagement.

Who will be present: Led by an expert crew, the public charter accommodates up to six participants, ensuring a more personal experience.
Photography/Video: A GoPro 10 Black rental kit is available, and a professional photography package can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This experience depends on favorable ocean conditions; guests will be notified if weather may affect the trip.
Arrival: Please arrive 20 minutes before departure at the Seaforth Marina gate entrance, Mission Bay, San Diego.
What to wear: Dress in layers, bring a warm change of clothes, and pack a towel.
What to bring: Recommended items include reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and any personal snorkeling gear. Guests prone to seasickness should consider medication the night before and morning of the trip.

Wildlife Disclaimer: Although blue and Mako shark sightings are frequent, the experience provider cannot guarantee encounters due to the unpredictable nature of the open ocean.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 2 weeks before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 2 weeks in advance means losing the value of your experience.
