Choose between crafting traditional pork or vegetarian fillings and master various folding techniques, all while our Chef demonstrates the creation of dumpling dough from scratch (recipe included), allowing you to use prepared dumpling wrappers during the class. Discover the steaming method for cooking these delectable parcels, a technique easily replicated at home for enjoying fresh dumplings. What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2 hours
What’s included: All the equipment and ingredients will be provided.
Who will be present: You will work with other students in groups of 2 to 4. Minimum 8 guests, maximum 24 guests will be present.
Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a ticket/reservations.
Photo/ video: You may take your own photos and videos.

Arrival: Plan to arrive 15 minutes in advance
Parking: Street parking available. Please arrive early if you plan to drive and park.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: There will be restrooms at the experience location.

The nature of these classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.
Wine and Beer is available for purchase at the venue (this venue does not allow BYOB).

What should I expect on the day of the class?

Arrive a few minutes early to check in with the chef instructor using the ticket holder’s name. No need to bring a printed confirmation. The class will typically start with an introduction and a brief overview of the recipes you'll be preparing. Ingredients and cooking stations will be provided, and the chef will guide you through each step. After cooking, you'll enjoy the delicious meal you've created.

Why do classes work together in groups?

Cooking classes are designed to be a social and interactive experience. Working in groups encourages collaboration, allows for sharing of tips and techniques, and enhances the fun of the learning process. It's also a great way to meet new people who share your interests.

Can you accommodate food allergies?

Yes! Enjoying the meal you've prepared is the best reward for all your efforts.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 48 hours before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 14 days for groups of 6 people or more. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows mean losing the value of your experience. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance is subject to a $20 per person rescheduling fee. A minimum of 8 participants is required for the class to run. If the minimum is not met, the provider reserves the right to cancel the class and will make every effort to reschedule customers.
