Health limitations: Not recommended for pregnant women in their third trimester.

Who can you accommodate for?

Children: Recommended for children at least 12 years old. If under 18 years old, participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

Duration: 2 hours with 1 hour of flight time.
What’s included:
- Scenic flight with a FAA certified pilot
- Pre-flight planning with the pilot to coordinate preferred points of interest to fly
- Complimentary use of window anti-reflection lens hood
- Complimentary 30 day memory card(s) backup (unlimited size) with safe personal cloud storage link. Link and files will be deleted after 30 days.
- Complimentary soft drinks and coffee
Who will be present: FAA certified pilot and the members of your group. Up to 2 participants may join so long as the combined weight does not exceed 450 pounds.
Spectators: Your friends or family can wait for you at the airport if they are not flying.
Photo/ video: Photos and video are encouraged!

How to prepare?

Weather dependency: This experience is weather dependent. In the case of unsafe weather conditions the experience provider will contact you to reschedule.
Arrival: Plan to arrive 1 hour in advance.
Parking: There is free parking available onsite.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for the weather conditions.
What to bring:
- A valid photo ID, camera, and your favorite playlist.
- $30 airport service fee per person payable at check in (cash or credit card)
- Gratuity for your captain is greatly appreciated if you enjoy the experience.
Restrooms/ lockers/ changing rooms: Restrooms are available onsite.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked.
