New to camping? No worries – all necessary gear is provided. Apprehensive about hikes? Your guides tailor the trails to suit your group. With ample time to explore, hike, swim, and wander through iconic outlooks and tranquil spaces, this three-day excursion ensures a deep connection with Yosemite's awe-inspiring sights.

  • Children: All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 
  • Individuals with disabilities: The tour is not wheelchair accessible, but service animals are allowed.
  • Languages: The tour is conducted in English. 
  • Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed.

What to expect on the day of the experience?

  • Duration: 3 days / 2 nights
  • What’s included: 
    • Complimentary pick up/drop off from the San Francisco Hilton hotel (Mason St. entrance)
    • Narrated guided tour by a full-time professional, knowledgeable guide
    • Yosemite Park entrance fee
    • 5 meals are provided 
      • Day 1 - Dinner
      • Day 2 - Breakfast & Lunch
      • Day 3 - Breakfast & Lunch
    • See El Capitan, Half Dome, Yosemite Falls, Bridalveil Falls, Tunnel View, Giant Sequoias, High Country, and Yosemite Valley
    • All camping equipment is provided
    • Transportation to/from Yosemite in a biofuel mini-coach
    • Meals not listed above are not included, but can be purchased during the trip
  • Who will be present: You will have a guide with you at all times as well as up to 13 total participants.
  • Spectators: No spectators are allowed, everyone must have a reservation.
  • Photo/ video: Photos are encouraged!
  • Specific rules to follow: All rules will be covered at the start of the tour.

 

How to prepare?

  • Weather dependency: Rain or shine, the experience will be running.
  • Arrival: Plan to arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes in advance.
  • Parking: Parking is available at the meeting location.
  • What to wear: Comfortable walking/hiking shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather conditions. Layers and a jacket are recommended.
  • What to bring: 
    • Camera, phone, and phone charger
    • Comfortable walking shoes and good socks
    • Layered clothing – California’s weather can be unpredictable
    • Bathing suit & towel
    • A hat, sunscreen and bug repellent
    • Small day pack
    • Reusable water bottle
    • Gratuity for your guide is not included and greatly appreciated if you enjoy the tour.

     

  • Restrooms: Restrooms are available at the campsite and you will take bathroom breaks throughout the tour.

Anything else I should know before going on this experience?

  • You may bring extra luggage with you on the tour (if necessary) as the tour provider tows a trailer behind the van which you may store your belongings in. It is locked, however, they are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the original purchaser, no questions asked.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can exchange them for anything else in our marketplace, no matter when. If you choose an experience that's more expensive, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, you'll receive a credit towards your next booking.

No refunds are allowed once the experience is booked, but you can reschedule up to 14 days before your experience, for a date within a year of the original booking for a 10% fee. To reschedule, contact the experience provider directly. No-shows or rescheduling less than 14 days in advance means losing the value of your experience.
